This site is a tribute to Emma Jackson-Cornford. She is much loved and will always be remembered.

As a family we are requesting no flowers, however if you wish to leave a donation to St Elizabeth Hospice, enabling them to continue to provide the amazing care that was given to Em, it would be greatly appreciated.

Bright attire on the day is also welcomed.

To respect the family’s wishes there will not be a wake following the funeral.
